Function:

Allows user to select a color from a standard Windows Color Chooser dialog:

Inputs:

Open     Bool connection that opens dialog on change from TRUE to FALSE.

Outputs:

R, G and B    Red, Green and Blue components of selected color (0 - 255) in text form

RGB   Composite RGB value of selected color as an integer
